Marco Salemi started his career during winter 2013-2014 as sous Chef at La Vela Restaurant in Vedbaek, Denmark. Over the years he gained experience as Chef in restaurants such as Stadel Soussun, Brasserie du Breithorn and L'Essentiel da Andreone in Champoluc. In 2018-2019, he was Executive Chef at Relais des Glaciers Spa Resort in Champoluc. Marco Salemi also worked with the Piedmontese Chef Paolo Gatta at Pascia Restaurant (NO) - 1 Michelin Star.
With professional and personal experience built up over the years working in the kitchens of numerous facilities, such as Hotel Westin Europa & Regina in Venice, Mastro Ciliegia Restaurant in Novara and Hotel & Restaurant Golf Club Castelconturbia (NO), Luca Canna works as Chef at Last Hall Restaurant.
