Inside Grand Hotel Dino, the cosy Last Hall restaurant is located in the oldest part of the structure, once used as horse’s stall and stable.
The new restaurant is ready to amaze you with its attentive and beguiling hospitality, which perfectly matches with the beauty of the restaurant, the setting of the lake and the scents of the garden. The environment was designed by Paolo Maldotti, the architect of NU•OVO, able to create spaces in which Italian taste and tradition meet the highest levels of design.
Marco Salemi and Luca Canna, the Chefs, and Giuseppe Pavan, the Food & Beverage manager of Zacchera Hotels are the beating heart of the restaurant. They offer the classics of traditional local cuisine, enhancing the zero-km products revisited in a creative way, with products from Lake Maggiore, Ossola, Novara area, and Langhe, accompanied by excellent wines of the local vineyards.
